Youngberg Hill Wedding | Katie + Tim

Katie and Tim share something special, I don't think I can really define it, it's more of a feeling that exists between the two of them, a deep connection, I noticed it at both their engagement session and their wedding.  It's something really beautiful.

Their wedding was on a beautiful day at Youngberg Hill, I always love the view from Youngberg.  I've spent many evenings photographing weddings, perched up on the hill at Youngberg Hill, watching the sun drop below the horizon.

Maysara Winery Wedding | Niki + Joe

Niki + Joe both have a such a gentle peacefulness to them.  They felt grounded and oh so enjoyable to be around.  They had their wedding at Maysara Winery, a gorgeous vineyard hidden out in the hills around McMinnville.  My drive to their wedding was spent trying to see the road through hail and very heavy rain.  Mentally I prepared myself for a day of shooting in the rain, considering what indoor/covered locations I could use at Maysara.  I parked my car, the rain still heavy, until about 15 minutes into our shooting time.  The rain then stopped, although the clouds didn't stop threatening rain, but we ended up with a gorgeous day and not another drop of rain.
