Rachel & Bradley

I had such a great time hanging out with Rachel and Bradley. Rachel is yet another amazing employee of Ania Collection the bridal dress boutique in downtown Portland. It didn't take long for me to see how much fun Rachel and Bradley have together and what a great fit they are for one another. There is quite obviously something beautiful that the couple shares, and on the gorgeous Thursday night that we did the session, I was thankful to be capturing it. A special thanks goes out to our unknown skateboarding friends who will never see these photos which include them, but gladly circled the couple at my request, and then asked for Rachel and Bradley to play them a song afterwards. I love that Rachel and Bradley brought their instruments, partly because they made for really fun props and mostly because they are really meaningful to them.

Karyn & Noel

Karyn and Noel are incredible people. Leah and I have known Karyn for a few years, she works at Ania Collection a fantastic bridal dress boutique in downtown Portland. She has done so much for our business and has been great to get to know. I'm so honored to be shooting Karyn and Noel's wedding this winter, I know it's going to be gorgeous and full of meaning. A few weeks ago I met up with Karyn and Noel at Laurelhurst Park and we did an engagement session and had so much fun. This couple has such a beautiful love for one another, one that inspires me in the ways that I love Leah.

Karyn and Noel, thank you for being awesome, and thank you for hiring me to shoot your wedding. Leah and I are really grateful for all of your kindness Karyn and thank you for everything that you've done for us.

I hope everyone is somewhere warm (we've got a fire going in the fireplace!), because it's supposed to snow in the NW tonight! I'm excited!

Ashley & Caleb

I had a wonderful evening hanging out with Ashley and Caleb and taking their engagement photos. They chose St. John's Bridge for their shoot location, and being that it's my favorite bridge in Portland, I was quite excited. We had a beautiful fall evening with some gorgeous light, and Ashley and Caleb were awesome. Their session was filled with laughter, and as I worked on their photos I almost started laughing myself, remembering that every time they were laughing, I was laughing as well. I'm so grateful to work with such wonderful people...
