How to schedule weddings

For an Incredible Client Experience

Wedding Photography Schedules + Shot List

I’ve found planning for weddings to be crucial for me in being present on wedding days, and in giving clients an incredible experience. Oftentimes during my initial meetings with potential clients, I’ll work up a sample schedule for them that I email to them. This builds value and establishes me as an expert in my field, as well as giving me a leg up on all of the wedding photographers that don’t do this. Click the images below to download my schedule and shot list templates.

For every wedding i print the schedule out on a piece of paper, and print the shot list on the other side, I print three copies of each (one for me, one for my second photographer, and one extra copy in case of disaster :)). Email me with any questions at bryan@bryanruppphotography.com, or hit me up on one of my social media platforms.

My name is Bryan. I’ve been a professional photographer since 2006, full time since 2009. I’ve photographed over 400 weddings in that time, and have learned such an incredible amount about photography, and running a business. In addition to running my photography business, I also work as a coach and consultant for creative businesses, which I’m incredibly passionate about. If you’re a wedding photographer or content creator who wants to build an incredible and creative life where you can thrive, I’d love to chat, schedule a free twenty minute call below. You can also email me at bryan@bryanruppphotography.com or text me at 970.216.7858 . This call is about hearing where you’re at, and helping you in anyway. I take on a limited number of coaching/consulting clients, if we decide that us partnering together could be mutually beneficial, we’ll discuss what that could look like, but this call is not about selling you anything.
