I’ve been a professional photographer for over twelve years, I’ve photographed hundreds of families.
I find deep meaning in telling honest stories, and that’s the basis that I’ll approach your family adventure shoot from. Your life and relationships are already beautiful, I’m there to create a fun and comfortable experience to allow you to be yourselves, to allow the beauty that’s already there to come out.

How Long Are Adventure Family Shoots?
Adventure family shoots are 1-2 hours in length. The goal of these shoots is to create a fun experience for you and every member of your family, so we move slow and take our time, giving everyone time to warm up.
Do You Do Any Posing for Your Family Shoots?
My goal is to keep things as natural and fun as possible, and part of that is sometimes giving instructions or guidance to make sure everyone knows what to do. I’ve been photographing families professionally for over ten years and I’ve developed my own style of directing people that is a great balance between keeping things natural and fun, and also ensuring people know that they should be doing. Your images will not be stuffy though, they will be fun and interactive, just like your family is.
Where Do You Do Adventure Family Shoots?
All over the place. I’ll work with you to choose a location that’s inspiring to you and me and will give us beautiful images and a great experience. I love shooting out in nature around Boise, and it can also be fun and intimate to shoot in and around your home.
