Mt Hood Organic Farms Wedding Photographs | Kaarin + Patrick

When you're around Kaarin and Patrick it doesn't take long for you to sense how grateful they are for one another. You can just tell that their love for each other is something deep and very true, it's really beautiful. They had their wedding at Mt Hood Organic Farms, which is by far one of my favorite venues in the Pacific Northwest. It's beautiful, it's awesome, it's at the base of Mt. Hood. Enough said. It was also recently named one of the top wedding venues in the world, double enough said.

Columbia Gorge Engagement Photographs | Heather + Will

I had a wonderful afternoon with Heather and Will. Being November I was prepared to be rained on and shooting with my camera in it's full rain gear, but instead we got a delightfully sunny day. I was basically stoked out of my mind about the light, so Heather and Will had no shortage of listening to me talk about it. We headed up to the Cape Horn Lookout in Washington. I hadn't ever been on the Washington side of the Columbia River Gorge, but it is so beautiful there. I'm inspired to take Leah and Wellington there soon. After a few shots at the Lookout we headed further up the road to the Cape Horn Trail and hiked a little ways into the woods, enjoying beautiful lookouts over the Gorge along the way.

Heather and will are super fun and I'm so excited to be shooting their wedding at The Resort at the Mountain this next Summer.

The Pearl Family Photographs | The L Family

I am down with anyone that is willing to brave the rain for natural light, and the L family was absolutely down for that. It rained almost their entire session, but despite the rain I had a great time wandering around with them and taking photos of their cute little boy.
